Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 12 October 2026

Using Blox CRM

These terms apply to use of Blox CRM provided by Blox. Use the service only for lawful business purposes and within the authority granted by your organisation. A separately agreed service contract governs where its terms differ.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials and manage user access responsibly. Do not bypass access controls, access another organisation’s data, upload unlawful or malicious content, send unauthorised messages, or disrupt the service.

Subscriptions and limits

Available features, licensed users and shared organisation storage depend on your active plan and user permissions. The Free plan permits up to three active users and 100 accounts and does not include document uploads. Paid plans use the published per-user pricing. Complimentary access is granted by Blox for a specified plan and may have an expiry date; it does not automatically create a paid subscription.

Billing and plan changes

A paid plan request alone does not confirm payment or activate a paid subscription. Charges, billing frequency, applicable taxes, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions must be disclosed in the checkout or agreed order before a paid purchase. Contact support about cancellation or billing questions. Downgrades and complimentary expiry can reduce available features and limits; they do not by themselves delete existing CRM records.

Your data and integrations

You retain ownership of the data you submit and authorise Blox to process it to provide the service. You are responsible for its accuracy and for the permissions needed to store it or contact people. Blox retains rights in its software. Optional external services have their own terms, permissions, availability and charges.

Availability and suspension

Maintenance, security incidents and external provider failures may interrupt the service. Features may change. Access may be restricted or suspended to address misuse, security threats or a breach of these terms. No specific uptime or recovery commitment is made here; any agreed service levels are set out in your service contract.

Responsibility and applicable law

Review important records and communications before acting on them. Responsibility and remedies are subject to applicable law and any agreed service contract. These terms do not exclude rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Disputes and governing-law arrangements specified in an agreed contract apply; otherwise applicable law determines them.
